    drainage Bag
    The present invention relates to a drainage bag for storing products which are desired to be stored under liquid, preferably food, a method of using the drainage bag and to use the drainage bag.
    Prior art
    Packaging, such as bags, glasses and buckets for storing food products, is widely known and is both a convenient, easy and hygienic way to store, transport and sell food.
    In addition to food, there may also be in the package a liquid such as a layer which is a solution comprising water or vinegar with salt or sugar, wherein the layer can both preserve and / or give flavor to the food in question.
    A combination of food and dishes is known from hermetically sealed bags, for example with mozzarella, where the disadvantage is that the opening of such a bag puts the user in a dilemma, namely whether the entire contents of the bag should be used and if not how should the remaining food then stored.
    Foods and dishes are also known from small plastic buckets with salad cheese, cheese teas or salad toppings, where a wire basket in the bucket allows the food to be pulled out of the packaging. Thus, the user has the opportunity to drain the product, since the layer remains below the wire basket, and the user can thereby take the part of the product that the user wishes to use and place the wire basket in the packaging again with the remaining foods submerged in the layer.     The object of the invention
    SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the invention to provide a bag for products which are desired to be stored under liquid and in which the bag makes it possible to separate food and liquid. It is in one aspect of the invention to provide a bag for products in the form of food in which the food, for example cheese is stored together with a liquid, for example, a cook, where the bag makes it possible to separate food and liquid by simply positioning the bag, thus that the liquid runs away from the food and thus allows the user to extract the desired amount of food without getting the unwanted liquid with and without having to handle other packaging such as an inserted wire basket.
    It is also an object of the invention that the bag can be resealed and can remain close during the reseal and thus can also be safely stored in any position, standing as lying down.
    It is also an object of the invention that the bag can be positioned by means of a stand-up part so that both food and liquid remain in the bag, even if the user no longer positions the bag himself.
    In addition, it is an object of the invention to ensure that the bag fills less the less amount of food contained in the bag.
    Finally, it is an object of the invention to provide the bag with fuses indicating whether the bag has previously been opened or whether the bag is in the form with which it left the manufacturer.
    Although the bag according to the invention can be used for all products which are desired to be stored under liquid and where it is desired to be able to separate the product and the liquid in order to be able to withdraw an amount of the product without getting unwanted liquid, the invention will be described in the following with reference for food.

    Description of the Invention
    According to a first aspect of the invention, the above stated object is achieved with a drain bag for storing products which are desired to be stored under liquid, preferably food as initially described and as described in the preamble of claim 1, wherein the drain bag comprises at least one product chamber and at least one fluid chamber, where product compartments and liquid compartments are connected to each other by means of drain holes formed in a partition separating the two chambers.
    This allows the food and liquid to be separated by simply positioning, holding or positioning the bag so that the liquid runs away from the food. In practice, the bag is held or positioned so that the liquid flows through the drainage holes and down into the lower chamber, called the liquid chamber, after which the food remaining in the product chamber will be provided in a drained state and thus can be easily removed from the bag without coming liquid with.
    The drainage holes may be provided in the form of the openings in a mesh which constitutes a partition separating the two chambers. Alternatively, the drain holes may be provided as openings in a foil forming a partition between the two chambers.
    If the bag is only partially emptied, the bag - after the user has taken out the quantity of products desired - can be re-closed. Thereafter, the bag can be placed lying down so that the liquid flows back from the liquid chamber to the product chamber, whereby the product is covered by the liquid. Thus, the remaining part of the product can be stored under liquid. By re-closing the bag, it can be vented ”, so that the re-sealing bag is largely or completely free of air, thereby ensuring that the remaining part of the product does not come in contact with air and consequent risk of deterioration.

    The present invention also relates in a further aspect to a drainage bag, in which in the area at the opening of the drainage bag there is a bagglucan device, for example a zipper.
    This allows the bag to be closed and ensured that the bag can remain close during the closure and thus can also be safely stored in any position, standing or lying. As mentioned, this also ensures access to the product.
    The present invention also relates, in a further aspect, to a drain bag where, on the side of the bag glucan device closest to the opening, there is a bag disposable fuse indicating whether the bag has been opened.
    This allows the user to feel safe knowing whether the food bag has been opened by others before or whether the user is the first to open the bag since leaving the manufacturer. For example, there may be a full weld, partial weld, or a perforation line that must be torn or cut open to access the bag gluing device. For example, the bag gluing device may comprise a zipper closure.
    The present invention also relates in a further aspect to a drainage bag, the drainage bag comprising a stand-up part.
    This makes it possible to position the bag without the user having to hold it in his hand or line it up with anything, but where the user can simply position the bag on its adapted stand-up part.
    The present invention also relates in a further aspect to a drainage bag in which the stand-up part is collapsible.
    This allows the bag to be transported without the stand-up part being folded out, and it also allows the bag to be stored lying down with the collapsed

    In a further aspect, the present invention also relates to a drainage bag in which, on the side of the stand-up portion opposite the product chamber and the liquid chamber, there is a bag disposable security indicating whether the stand-up portion has been folded out.
    This makes it possible to keep the stand-up part collapsed from the manufacturer and until the bag comes home to the customer or perhaps until the time when the user wants to use all or part of the bag's contents.
    In contrast to the bag locking mechanism by the bag-closing device, this bag locking device in the stand-up section does not provide the user with any assurance as to whether the bag has been opened by others before or whether the user is the first to open the bag since leaving the manufacturer. The fuse here may be a full weld, partial weld or a perforation line that must be torn or cut to access the stand-up section.
    The present invention also relates in a further aspect to a drainage bag, the drainage bag being a pillow bag with means for converting it into a standing bag.
    This makes it possible to distribute the bag's content of food relatively uniformly and evenly in the bag when the bag is lying down and when the contents of the drainage bag must be used in whole or in part by tearing off along the bag disposable fuse, whereby the stand-up portion of the drainage bag can be separated. come into use, whereby the bag goes from a pillow bag to a standing bag.
    The present invention also relates in a further aspect to a drainage bag, in which in the area at the opening of the drainage bag there are mouth edges comprising edge strip areas prepared with a series of holes or the like.

    In practice, the drain bag in this embodiment will typically be formed as a continuous web of bag items. This bag blanket is continuous through the edge strip areas. After filling the drain bag, a closure will be established below the edge strip area, preferably by welding the opposite sides of the drain bag, and the edge strip areas will be cut so that individual drain bags appear.
    The invention is also directed to a method of using a drainage bag, as well as the use of a drainage bag for storing food, the foods being preferably dairy products.
    Alternatively, the drain bag can be used for other food products stored in a liquid, such as olives.
    The drain bag can also be used for other products that are desired to be stored under liquid and where you want to be able to drain the liquid away from the products before the products are removed from the drain bag.

    Detailed description of the invention
    A drainage bag for storing food according to the invention is shown in Figures 1-

    Figure 1 shows a front view of a drainage bag 1 in which the drainage bag 1 comprises a product chamber 2 and a liquid chamber 3 which are connected to each other by drainage holes 4 formed in a partition 12 separating the two chambers 2.3 , which is formed in the interior of the bag. The drain holes are shown in Figure 1 as three large holes, but can in practice be very small holes, the partition wall 12 being preferably a mesh.
    The figure also shows that in the area at the opening of the drain bag 5 there is a bag closing device 6 and that on the side of the bag closing device 6 which is closest to the opening 5 there is a bag closure 7 which indicates whether the bag has been opened.
    It can also be seen from the figure that the drain bag 1 comprises a stand-up part 8 which is collapsible and that on the stand-up part 8 opposite product chamber 2 and liquid chamber 3 there is a bag disposable fuse 9 which indicates stand-up part 8 has been folded out. The idea is that during bag disposable fuse 9, which is preferably a perforation, there is an additional weld 13 which ensures that the bag retains the cushion shape, thus the bottom fold cannot be "knocked out" and form a chamber.

    In the figure, bag disposable lock 9 is unbroken and therefore the stand-up part 8 has not previously been knocked out.
    Figure 2 shows a side bag drainage bag 1, indicating that the drainage bag 1 is a pillow bag 10.
    Figure 3 shows a front view of a transparent drainage bag 1, in which it is further shown that the drainage bag 1 contains food 11. The bag is shown here as being transparent to also show the foods 11 in the bag, but the bag will often be opaque, partly due to advertisements and content descriptions and partly because the food 11 is not wanted to be exposed to unnecessary light.
    Figure 4 is a front view of a drainage bag 1 in a standing bag form where the bag disposable fuse 9 for the stand-up part 8 is broken. The weld 13 is thus torn off in the perforation 9, and the bag can thereby be unfolded thereby forming a flat bottom (the bottom fold unfolds) and thereby increasing the volume of the liquid.
    Figure 5 shows a side bag drainage bag 1 in which the bag disposable lock 9 for the stand-up part 8 is broken and where the stand-up part 8 is folded out and where the drain bag 1 can stand up.
    Figure 6 shows a drain bag 1 in standing bag form as in Figure 4, but where the drain bag 1 seen from the front is transparent and containing food 11.
    Figure 7 shows a drainage bag 1 having in the area at the opening of the drainage bag 5 has mouth edges 14 comprising edge strip areas 15 which are prepared with a series of holes 16 which are in direct communication with guide means 17 arranged to hold and produce edge areas 15 at the opposing bag mouth edges 14 along a conveying path through a filling station.

    In Figure 7, only one drain bag 1 is shown, but in practice a bag web will be provided which is continuous through the edge strip regions 15.
